Influence of radiation defects of different type on the critical current of layered anisotropic superconductor

The effect of radiation defects on the critical current a layered anisotropic superconductor has been investigated by numerical methods. Model simulating various cases damage to as result electron and ion irradiation are considered. obtained dependences magnetic field show that greatest pinning gain with equal fluence is given forming 3D conical regions inside superconductor. It shown in weakly superconductor, enhance more efficiently than strongly one. interaction vortex lattice considered, configurations arising under action self-field transport obtained.
